i still love the quote from dr. doom where he is like "I was once a god. I found it beneath me." what a total badass!

"My methods are a means to an end. No different than pruning weeds in order to let an orchid flourish. Those who oppose me do so because they fear me. More than that, they fear what I represent. Change." -Doom

After learning that Doom does what he does because he was informed that Earth only survives every possible timeline under his rule, i instantly became a fan.

Thanos: "You forget I was once a god when I wielded the infinity gauntlet" Doom: "Hmm. Do you have the infinity gauntlet now?" Thanos: "I do not but I remain Thanos the great tyrant, and for you that will be enough" Doom: literally rips Thanos's skeleton out of his skin Doom: "That appears untrue"

Doom needs his own movie in the MCU, not be someone's villain. A movie based on Books of Doom would be amazing and be an introduction to the FF through Reed Richards.

"Measure my crimes against what mankind does to itself, and I am a saint."-Dr Doom
  • Doctor Doom is the most complex character in all of comics.  Is he power hungry?  Yes.  Is he a ruthless dictator?  Yes.  Is he dismissive of those he deems inferior(almost everyone)?  Yes.  Does he plot out his schemes to minute detail?  Yes.  I could go on and on.  BUT, he is wayyy more than this.  He can be exceedingly kind and generous is the right circumstances.  He does have a sense of honor.  His word is his bond and unbreakable. He knows a LOT about the major (and minor) players in the MCU.  If they would make just one movie with Doom done correctly, I think I would be able to say that I had seen the greatest movie ever put on film.  LONG LIVE DOOM.  'Nuff Said.
  • They should make a Doctor Doom movie before they make another Fantastic 4 movie. Give us a Doctor Doom with depth and the 4 will not suck. Doom is the real protagonist. Give him the same pain we all have but make him smart. He is the dark Tony Stark.
  • I love how everything from his personality down to his literal name being "Doctor Doom" was created from the start to be the stereotypical evil laughing, mustache twirling, world domination loving, tyrannical supervillain, and that ends up helping him evolve into the most complex and greatest supervillain of all time.
  • "Dr. Doom rules with a kind hand." Do you recall when he returned to Latveria in the "The Master of Doom" series, and he said to his aide that the first citizen to stop clapping for him should be taken out and shot? xD

"The Beyonder is dead! Now, the supreme being in the universe... is Doom!"

Ever since I first played ultimate alliance I knew doom was awesome
  • Doom is the most versatile villian. Battles F4, Punisher, Thor, ,Thanos, Hulk, Avengers, and the list goes on and also has time to go on a medieval adventure with Iron Man

Dr. Doom will be the most eloquent villain the MCU

Doom is by far my favorite villain. He's always just been a straight up bad ass, wish they'd be able to use him in a movie the right way.
