FOR THE PEOPLE ASKING why the Look at Me music video was switched to Riot, it’s because at the time Look At Me was his biggest song and people were only listening to the songs that sounded like Look At Me and ignored that he does different genres in his music. So he decided to clickbait by using Look At Me to attract more people so that this way they’ll be surprised and mind blown when it switches and they hear something entirely different from him. There was also an important message and point he wanted to get across which is at the end of the video

The war on racism will never end. It should never matter of a persons skin color. I was born in America but my parents are from Mexico and El Salvador. I don’t care about your skin color. I care more about how you treat me. Please end the hate. Please end the murders. This message is still powerful yet relevant today and X knew exactly what he was doing here and going from look at me to riot was the most effective response ever. There will never be another XXXTENTACION.

6 years, his music is still a banger, it shall never get old. #LLJ 🕊
  • @SanchezPower5
Damn that was powerful. I never could grasp the concept of using a persons skin color to judge them. It’s not like we choose what we are. Nobody should be mistreated bc of how they’re born.
