I listen to a guy who play 528 hertz while sleeping, and it worked great for him.. Its so hard to get people real truth, results on anything. But here is mine. The 528 hertz frequency does work. 3 hours or sleep felt like a 8 hours plus. This is a very energetic healing, miracle frequency. I will be testing more frequencies and i will give a feedback on what i'd learned after this weekly cycle. This can benefit us all.
