This is canonically what Emmet and the crew were doing during that “8 hours later” construction scene in the LEGO movie… ridiculously cool!
  • I'm really loving this LEGO-to-real life series. In a way, it just shows the work the people put into these Technic sets to make them so realistic!
  • If you went through a few of the sets and modified them to not be limited or restricted, and did the same video, it would be very interesting to see what kinds of damage would be done to the components
  • Amazing, this was ridiculously cool, I laughed so hard at the concrete truck. I'd love to see this as a series, like can Lego fire engines put out real fires?!
  • @brikfanz
This is actually insane. Riley's gone past illegal building techniques, he's done illegal play techniques!

What you're currently doing rn is basically my childhood dreams. I've had always wanted toys that is construction related before and play on the ground.
  • Ok, so basically what you're doing with the LEGO house is making what's called 'pre-fab', a house made in a controlled environment (basically a house made in a bigger house made to make houses without the environmental problems making a house usually implies), and from what I know, usually pre-fab are made in halves to save on moving costs (both for the buyer and the owner of the company) with the rooftop completely separated from the structure of the home because of height problems from bridges, electrical wires and such. I'm willing to bet tho that there are some pre-fab out there that are made like how you did in the video, wall-by-wall instead of two halves, so do take this with a grain of salt.
  • List of all the sets in the video (in order): 8043 Motorized excavator (released 2010) 42030 Volvo L350F wheel loader (released 2014) 42055 Bucket wheel excavator (released 2016) 42114 6x6 Volvo articulated hauler (released 2020) 42131 App-Controlled Cat D11 Bulldozer (released 2021) 42100 Liebherr R 9800 excavator (released 2019) 42112 Concrete mixer truck (released 2020) 42082 Rough terrain crane (released 2018) 42043 Mercedes-Benz Arocs 3245 (released 2015) 42009 Mobile crane MK II (released 2013) 42078 Mack Anthem (released 2018) According to the prices in the video and bricklink prices (42043, 42009 and 42078 prices aren’t shown in the video, Riley paid around 4653$ for those 11 sets. Also, if anyone is interested, from these sets I have 42114 and 42082 and I would enjoy getting 8043, 42030, 42100, 42043 and 42078 lol
  • I wish I could buy all these sets. That would be so cool. Thank you for you videos and spending tons of money to make your videos good!
  • I never separated my pieces when I put sets together, and I always surprised my parents and grandparents with how fast I put them together.
  • As someone who’s worked in concrete for a long time it’s funny seeing how this guy put this insane gas mask on and I’ve never even as little as put a face mask on while mixing concrete😂
  • The video idea is brilliant, the execution was flawless, AND this was a great way to get a whole bunch of new technic into your collection. ;) Keep it up Riley!
  • @ianjtgove
When the first time lapse sequence started, I thought "Wow, he builds so fast!" and it took my brain a couple seconds to catch up with reality. If could've seen myself, I probably had the 'buffering' wheel spinning above my head. XD
  • @TheGrejp
Honestly didn't expect the 8043 to show up here since it's such an old set. It's still my favorite set I own, however.
  • @JadowitYKamyK
This is quite good and interesting idea, but since the original machines did not work so well, maybe u could try some MOC's doing the same thing?
  • @KAK_PAN
Krazy Ky's : How many do you need Technic Contstruction Set? Riley : YES
  • @MikeStallone
I’d like to see if you can make Lego construction equipment that can actually work better than the kits! Or see if you can make the kits stronger
  • This wanna really cool video, I love huge construction vehicles and it was so cool seeing them excavating the area and building the house like on a human scale! It's like I've been given an insight on how Lego minifigs construct their buildings. Also it would have been cool if you added Lego construction minifigs driving the vehicles, that would be a nice addition!
