Comencé la verdad con desconfianza y solo porque ya no sabia que hacer con mi ansiedad e insomnio, y ahora los dos con mi hijito la escuchamos cada noche para poder conciliar el sueño y es muy efectiva ,solamente quedo pegada en el techo cuando sale un anuncio justo cuando ya estoy dormida profundamente jajajja pero es solo un detalle ...jaja saludos y un abrazo a todas las personas,sobretodo mamás que luchamos día a día con la ansiedad y con los pensamientos negativos que nos inundan , espero que todos lo superemos.
