► If you are new to this type of audio brainwave entrainment, find out how isochronic tones work and how they compare to binaural beats here: www.mindamend.com/brainwave-entrainment/isochronic….

Mp3 versions are available in 7 different background sound options: Ambient Ripples (the one from this video), Ambient Flow, Ambient Pulse, Electronic, Orchestral, Piano and a 'Just Tones' version. Each version uses the same isochronic tones frequencies, but combined with a different background track for more variety and to suit your mood and personal preferences.

What is this?

This is a high intensity audio brainwave entrainment session, using isochronic tones. Listen to this when you need a strong burst of intense focus to concentrate and study things like advanced mathematics, scientific formulas, financial analysis or any other complex mental activity. Isochronic tones produce a deeper waveform and a more distinct beat, which results in a more effective and stronger stimulation of your brainwaves, compared to the older brainwave entrainment method of binaural beats.

How is this session constructed?

The session starts off beating at 10Hz and ramps up to 18Hz by the 6 minute mark. It stays at 18Hz for the next 48 minutes, then at the 54th minute mark it starts to gradually ramp back down to 10Hz again. More information on how/why you can hear these low frequencies here: www.mindamend.com/blog/brainwave-entrainment/how-c…

How to use it?

Listen to this track with your eyes open while doing the task/activity you want to focus on.

Headphones are NOT required

Although headphones are not required you may find they produce a more intense effect, because they help to block out distracting external sounds.

When to listen?

Because this track increases your beta brainwave activity, it's best to listen to this during the daytime and early evening. If you listen to this too close to bedtime, it might disrupt your sleep, in a similar way to how you might respond if you drank coffee just before going to bed.

How loud should the volume be?

The main thing to consider is that it should be loud enough to hear the repetitive isochronic tones, so you don't want it so quiet you can hardly hear them. But you also don't want it so loud that its uncomfortable for you and hurts your ears, or gives you a headache. I'd recommend starting with the volume around half way and adjust it to a level that you feel comfortable with from there.

I have to study and read for hours and am easily distracted by any background noise. These videos have saved my sanity and grades. You rock. Thank you again and again :)

Holy crap. This is no placebo. The combination of the tonal key changes that have long induced dopamine changes with these isochronic tones and ripples REALLY WORKS. I am on 48 hours with less than 4 hours total sleep because of some deadlines and am definitely still struggling, but this is truly what's helping me towards the finish line right now. THANK YOU.

Damn. Worked great until I took my break and started to read the distracting comments! But in all seriousness, this rules. It helps me whip through articles with ease, and I'm the kind of gal who will literally find the most mundane thing distracting. I'll count the tiles on the floor to procrastinate and it's no bueno for productivity. This track helped so much.

It really helps me a lot to the StressFree Study. after every 1 hour i take break of 5-10 minutes . stretch the body , drink water , and then play it again and stay focused with the Studies for 1 hour deep work . Repeat the cycle, Repeat the cycle . commented even after listening the 3 cycles (3 hours) . break time is over and now i'm going to take another cycle. Yeeeeee !!! Love you +Jason Lewis-MindAmend. and Thank you limitless. <3

I have gotten to the point that when I hear these my mind automatically quiets up and seems to get ready for work. I have a tough time getting started sometimes, these have helped a lot. I am a programmer BTW. Thank you for taking the time to do these. Oh yeah...headphones do seem to work better at least for me.

I love your tracks and they help me a lot. They really work, I notice an immediate increase in my focus and sharpness, my feelings of overwhelming, frustration for not being productive and boredom decrease until gone... and I can listen for hours without any side effects... but hapiness, sharpness, and mental clarity :D You are really helping the world to become better!! Thanks from my heart!!
  • Well, I needed this electronic background ... it rises me up up and up and down down :)))))) Thanks Jason <3 <3

I'm a writer who is working on several different projects at once with lots of deadlines. When listening to the tracks, I seem to stay in a relaxed, and focused state of mind. Usually I'm very easily distracted when working, but so far this is really helping - thanks!

I haven't been getting a lot of sleep lately, and it has had some effect on my concentration. As I listen to this I feel awake and ready to work. Thank you.

It works. I am a doctor and i need to memorise alot of stuff so i use this music during high intensity brain stuff. I see ideas getting integrated easily after listening this binaural beats! But, after a session of 3hrs or so, it makes your brain tired, very tired. Anyways its worth it.
  • @ingridabme9640
Beautiful, it does work and even makes me see more vivid and clear surroundings....Huge Thanks !
  • This works, so I want to leave a good review. I tested it twice at times when I got very tired the day before, and didn't sleep normal hours, and I lacked sleep. Normally under such conditions my brain cannot focus and my day gets wasted. But this helped me focus even under these conditions.

I've been listening to(I mean..focusing on works) this music since 2016...Every time I play this, I think of the peak focus moments in 2016, 2017, 2018 and so on... Thank you.
  • This is very good; really help with concentrating on tasks. Thank you.
  • @missnx81
