Man, you can just feel the sheer power of its body. The muscle force to stand this way, at this angle, even though it’s just a long noodle. There’s something so pure about predator animals.

This really shows a rattlesnake's true nature and is why I appreciate them so much. Although completely startled by something very close to it, it still went into warning mode. They're just great snakes.

That dull roar is awesome, and not even a real roar, that's just the sound of it pulling air into its lungs to make itself look bigger and stabilize its stance! Snakes are fascinating.
