Cleetus let’s talk about this empty kitchen you’ve got there. I spent over a decade in a commercial kitchen with several years as a kitchen manager. If that kitchen has a view of the track, I’m down to come make some good eats happen. I’ll run a simple menu with a heavy focus on food quality, execution and lots of bacon. Keep it simple and keep it delicious and you’ll pump out good food every time. Burgers dogs wraps wings salads fries but think above the typical quality threshold for a track like this. I’m gonna treat it like a real kitchen and not a concessions stand. People will rave about the entertainment AND the food. Oh and for when you have a private night with friend is when the high end foods come out... steak and chicken dinners from my grill are not run of the mill. Hire me, spoil your people
