In this video I talk about another underrated FPS game, this time being one called Bulletstorm. It was released in 2011, and it did not sell at all. Unlike the game Singularity though, the developers weren't demolished and instead the IP of Bulletstorm still remains with Bulletstorm VR releasing not too long ago, which means Bulletstorm 2 could be a possibility! (I hope). You should all play Bulletstorm though. Oh yeah this game is basically FPS Gears Of War too.

Fun Fact: A game very similar to both Bulletstorm and Painkiller, called NecroVision, was released sometime after Painkiller utilizing its engine. NecroVision is an FPS set during WW1, but it quickly spirals into chaos with ghosts, mechs, vampires, and demons, and it's an absolute blast to play. It's also pretty unique as it has a combo system, which was pretty unheard of in games at that time, especially for an FPS. If you enjoyed Bulletstorm or Painkiller, or enjoy combo-based games like Devil May Cry or God of War, I would highly recommend NecroVision.

Dude. Had your video in my recommendations. Not only is the video a banger, but also your background music choice... BASED R&C Up Your Arsenal and Gladiator soundtracks, i love these games so much and their OST slaps so hard too. Had the maddest flash backs during your video, good times!

Ill admit, when it came out, I bought it mainly for the Gears 3 beta, but Bulletstorm was awesome in its own right. I've been singing the praises of it for the last 13 years. People HATED on the game so much years ago, but I think in a post Doom 2016 world, people are starting to come around to it slowly but surely.
  • I got fucking cold flashbacks to outriders, a game I absolutely forgot existed, like a bad dream.

I bought it on its original release, thanks to TotalBiscuit (R.I.P.). It was incredible. I still remember trying for hours to get the Wingman skill shot and spending hours on the online co-op mode, just messing around and getting skins for my soldier. Then I did it all again when the remaster came out. I never used the Duke voice pack, though. I like the original banter and never saw a need to add Duke to it. It's just perfect.

Bulletstorm & madworld 2009 has so much emphasis on "environment kill". Wish there were more game like those Bulletstorm never getting a sequel/spin off is one of the biggest tragedy in gaming. It deserved another chance

Was going through my "Recently Played" on the Xbox app to see how far back it went (fyi it went all the way back to the first game I ever played on my old xbox 360), Bulletstorm caught my eye, and it was a game I completely forgot about until then, I remembered how I had so much fun playing this game as a kid and messing around with the goofy ragdolls, great to see people still talking about it let alone remembering it's existence

This games is pure ecstasy! I remember playing this game on my 360 and I played the demo first and I got the game and beat it like 3 times when I was like 12 lol. This games was seriously ahead of its time.

I replayed Bulletstorm again about 4 weeks ago and it sure is still an absolute BANGER.

The first time I played bulletstorm was when it was a free playstation plus game, and I only played briefly as I wasn't interested in fps games at the time. I later got it on switch and enjoyed it, but I just got used to using gyro aiming and I had to readjust to without it. I bought the game once again for my steam deck, so I can re-experience the game at 60fps and with gyro. I don't think I would've gave this game a chance if it wasn't for my nephew who played this game when he was young and suggested me to try it out originally.

Whaddaya mean? why did nobody play bulletstorm, Remember if being everywhere back in 2011. Everyone loved it. I was one of the unfortunate ones that had to deal with games for windows back when it was the tumor of steam games.
