Best thing about Wolf as a death is that he fits really well into the series and into the story as a whole and that's because just like Puss, we too were ''ignoring'' the consequences and the deadly risks throughout his story because it always was ''just an animated story for kids'', thus Wolf appearing after that time fits really well.
  • "Please don't make it easy, C'mon tease me just a bit before you die" That has to be one of the most creepy, sadistic verses I've heard in a while. Fire as always NerdoutπŸ”₯🩸🐺

You guys really took the phrase, "Why do I hear boss music?" to a whole new level
  • For those wondering what Puss in Boots said at the end. "hast la muerte" means "to death"
  • @TheLegendex
I love how this song literally gave me chills Fitting for a song about this antagonist
  • I was NOT expecting NerdOut to do a song for Puss in Boots/Death, but HOLY. CRAP. This was a masterpiece... 🀯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯
  • Note to everyone, NEVER laugh in the face of Death. Or else Death himself is personally coming for your life.

You know Death is one of those rare one-of-a-kind characters when his debut inspires fanart, fanfics, fan comics, reaction videos, analysis videos, edits, and people singing songs about him!!! God, I love this wolf!!! He's the Joker of the animated movie genre right now AND I AM HERE FOR IT!!!
  • DAAAAMN! Leave it to Nerdout for making a badass song like this! Nice job guys! Edit: Jesus, how did I get 241 likes??? Thank you guys so much!
  • This is a real banger! And I don't mean that metaphorically, or rhetorically, or poetically, or theoretically, or in any other fancy way. This is a banger. Straight. Up.
  • The movies was legendary an nerd out is legendary put the two together an you get 🀯
  • Did I expect so many nerdcore artists to see this movie and be like 'yeah i can make a song for this'? no. Am I thrilled that that happened? yes
  • Still wondering how the Shrek series went from 'Misunderstood ogre saves misunderstood princess with the help of an annoying donkey' to 'LOL here's a cat sword-fighting the f*ckmothering GRIM REAPER.'

Credit to Wagnor Moura who absolutely made Death/Wolf so much more than a cool character and made him absolutely iconic.

β€œPuss in boot laughs in the face of death, right? But your not laughing now.” I love this quote
  • Yall took "We are going to make the best song" to a new level
  • @digifire2267
First making one of the most awesome DreamWorks antagonists now here comes a perfect theme song for the antagonist
  • they couldve easily made like 8 movies about each of Puss's lives to give a huge "pay-off" with the last-wish but im glad they didn't, because by making them just flashbacks, it fits puss's character more: "oh those were just the past me's, i live in the present"
