I suffer from depression and sleep insomnia and this music and the the ocean waves with the music helps me fall asleep at the worst times of my depression sometimes it's hard for me to sleep because of my schizophrenia and others of split personality disorder this music is the best thing that I could ever find on YouTube and the best Channel that I could ever find in YouTube for relaxation and sleep and meditation good night from Okinawa Japan

Hi, it's Ivy again. One month after I left my last comment. I've started to get these awful headaches and migraines, almost every day. I can barely sleep at night, and I'm starting to see people that have passed away in my dreams. As I mentioned in my previous comment, a good friend of mine died. About a week ago, the pain in my head was so bad I felt like I was gonna die. Then I fell asleep, listening to this music, and I saw my friend in my dream. He told me it would be okay. I woke up, and my pain was gone. I dont know if it was God, or if I was just thinking about him so much, but I'm glad that I saw him. It reassured me. Pushed me forward. This channel has helped me get through so many hardships in my life, and I cant thank you enough, as well as the people in the comments. I hope you all have a nice sleep. Remember, don't overwork yourself. If you are in a situation where you are so stressed to the point of a mental breakdown, get yourself out of that situation. I’m only fourteen years old. Throughout my life so far many different things have happened. I’ve lost a friend to suicide. I’ve been abused. I’ve been bullied. I’ve been assaulted. I’ve even almost been homeless at one time. I’m currently suffering through anxiety, insomnia, and depression. Your music brings me peace and pushes those awful things away. I suffer from severe anxiety, very bad panic attacks , I get them atleast twice a day if not more .... i get really sweaty, my body gets tingly & numb, my breathing gets harder too control & I start to cramp up to the point where I can’t even move .... as soon as I feel one coming I put relaxing music on & control my breathing... inhale 6 seconds, hold for 3, let out for 6 seconds, repeat over & over until I feel comfortable & relaxed ! It sucks being like this but I know I can over come this fear ! We can all over come it , it just takes a lot of believing.... one step at a time 👍🏼👍🏼

I played this video in the background today to pamper my mom for Mother’s Day as I gave her a home spa day - full body massage, manicure, facial, and hairstyling. She absolutely loved it! She kept saying this music was perfect and calming, even including her perfect ambience of ocean sounds!
