  • what a conversation! thank you so much, gents. I converted to the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church back in 2022 after a Protestant upbringing and years of atheistic wilderness. I did not go through all the trouble of converting only to hear these Independent Traditionalists badmouth the Church's magisterium ad nauseam! sadly, their ecclesiology is much closer to the Protestant one rather than anything truly Catholic. and I say this as a parishioner of my local diocesan TLM parish.

1:01:58 crisis of functionality. Such an insight by Ratziinger! Love it

This is great. Doesn't get bogged down in extraneous issues or rules. Very straightforward and cuts through all that to get to the heart of the problem and reciprocal scenarios that clarify things.

1:05:15 thank you for highlighting the purpose of the VC2. I've been trying to find a video highlighting this!

Two great men who influenced my recovery from Lefebvrism. May God reward you!
  • @StoaoftheSouth
Certainly gonna have to check this out. I think we need a required reading list for addressing the Lefebvrists
  • Excellent presentation! Thank you for this! Yes, I live where SSPX split in Veneta, OR and discovered the Resistance split is at the Grange hall a mile from us. Then some of those folks split again. One family appears to have a priest coming through once in awhile. One Baptism was in their kitchen in the middle of the night. We also know a family that left all the Catholic churches and found a priest to come and live with them! I think they have been through several!

Lefebvrism is a perfect description because most of the talking points against VII and the NO have their source in the SSPX.

Great point: will they receive our Eucharist from the Novus Ordo? "Refusal to commune in holy things is schism"
  • @JAC5253
Wow!!! That was concise fire 🔥

13:58 NB: the Rowland interview is FREE for members of Canon 211 (it's free to join, as well - link in description above).
  • Great job at addressing these issues. They think they are bringing people into the Church when they bring them into TLM, but we have yet to see how fruitful that can be. They may find themselves in the Novus Ordo some day.

"If you are setting up a rival altar and are offering the Eucharist, the sacrament of Unity, in opposition to another Eucharist" what are you doing? Putting Christ against Christ, divided the one Christ...
