Shurit to 3 in the OCG!? What does it mean for us?

The OCG just got a peek at what it's next Forbidden and Limited list will look like, and with it, we see Shurit, of Nekroz fame, moving back to three copies. Will this affect the game in any way? I take a look at that today, and the answer may not surprise you.
