1)How to add Pages:-
a)For adding page you can simply click on dashboard and take your mouse cursor over Pages option where you can see a option add new.
b)Click on add new then a screen opens where you can enter title and content for your page.
c)For view for page click on preview and for saving your page click on update button.
In this you can add any number of pages you want.

2)How to add Blog Post:-
a)For adding posts under blog go to posts--categories, after this add name of category for eg:- blog.
b)Now go to add new option under posts option and in add posts in similar way we add page.
c)Select thumbnail for post from featured image option present in right side of your post.
d)Atlast select category for post by checking particular category from categories option(present on right side of your post) to which it belongs like blog.
e)Click preview to view your post and finally click on publish button.

3)How to add menus and submenus:-
a)For adding menus firstly you need to create pages or blog categories which you want to add in your menu.
b)Go to Apperance then click on menus. After this add name of that menu and click on create menu button.In this way a menu has been create now add items to that menu.
c)Now on left hand side you will find options pages, posts, custom links and categories. Select. Add required number of pages , categories etc according to your menu structure.
d)If you want to create submenu then simply drag that page or item from left hand side as a child of menu.When you drag menu item from left hand side and want to drop it on desired location then you see dotted rectangle box then drop it there.For child or submenu simply take menu item slide slight right at bottom of parent menu and there you see again dotted rectangular box slight right to parent menu and drop it there.In this way you create hierarchy or structure of menu item.
