For anyone just here to hear what he says about Candace Owens, he says, "I will not comment about that". And he proceeds to not comment on it.
-
Refusing to talk about Candace at all is super weak
-
Why did you not ask him does he condemn the IDF killing civilians?
-
I gotta admit, it’s a bit hypocritical of the DW. Of course now Ben falls behind the excuse of “well, we’re a publisher, not a platform” when the DW has railed against companies, including Disney, for engaging in the same behavior. Example: firing Gina Carano for saying things that Disney didn’t like. Disney is a “publisher”, they’re not “obligated” to pay Gina. The DW however, called that cancel culture, but claim their firing of Candace is “toootally different.” Gonna have to press X to doubt on that one.

Now bring on Candace Owens

“If they’re Black, then it’s a gang. If they’re Italian, it’s a mob,” . “But if they’re Jewish, it’s a coincidence and you should never speak about it.” Dave Chapelle
-
Personally, Ben was being respectful to Candace by not discussing the topic.
-
Two very polished speakers. Ben Shapiro's carefully crafted responses create no openings for attack. If I had to be that prepared before expressing an opinion I would die of frustration. Like most Americans I'm too lazy to have an intelligent conversation.
-
Apparently facts DO care about feelings when Israel is involved.
-
If Ben shapiro was a muslim talking like this and the roles were reversed he would be cancelled instantly. The hypocrisy is disgusting.
-
Ben’s voice is so high pitched, it’s like listening to a cartoon character spouting pure evil
-
The whole daily wire “cast” smoked cigars around pregnant Candace Owens. That tells me everything I need to know about how much they valued her.
-
Candice Owens left on the high road. Cancelled by those who claim to oppose cancel culture
-
Did you notice Piers did not push back Shapiro at all. What was the point of this?
-
So glad to see Ben and Pierce getting along so well.
-
To the people in the comments expressing disappointment that Ben didn’t say anything I hope you’ve seen the tweets about Candace saying they agreed not to talk about it? Smh_
-
Ben has no problem talking about Candence behind her back to a room full of supporters but is too much of a coward to say anything on the record.
-
Very spineless from Piers, did not ask a single question that would even make Ben uncomfortable. Good dog Piers.
-
As always, my two favorite political commentators, on both the left and the right, having a civil conversation. Exactly as things should be.
-
The fact that Pierce did not press him at all on the topic of Candace’s firing shows how differently Pierce treats his guests, of course, depending on whether the opinions of that guest fit Pierce’s own agenda
