While Aston Martin has extended their contract with Fernando Alonso, things are not looking good for their other driver, Lance Stroll. Until now, it was assumed that Stroll's seat would always be secured as his father owns the Aston Martin team. However, Honda, the team's power unit supplier from 2026 may not be very happy with his performance.

    Lance doesn't belong in an F1 car and would never be in one if it wasn't for dad's money. Simple as that.

    Stroll hasn’t matched any team mates performance in F1 so far!! In interviews he’s about as animated as a roadkill laying on the side of the road…

    Lance is safe as long as he is protected by half owner, his DAD, Laurence stroll made the investment specifically for his son and his career so no way he will be out unless maybe Honda puts their foot down but I think even that Aston will be looking for a new engine. There are so many drivers, old and new that would do better.
