  • Hello good people of the world! I am very glad that so many of you have been reacquainted with this timeless album and to those who have never heard it before, I hope you enjoy your first listen! I hope you are all staying safe during these uncertain times and find some relief in this album. I share a wide variety of music, usually off the beaten path (none of this mainstream nonsense) from new and relatively unknown artists to some classics such as this that shouldn't be forgotten anytime soon. I would love to open your ears to a world of musical wonder and beauty beyond your wildest dreams! Feel free to hit subscribe (and the bell notification) to come along on the journey with us all :) Unfortunately recent changes to the YouTube algorithm have severely suppressed views to smaller channels such as myself. This sadly makes it harder for unknown amazing artists to be found. Please help me in my mission to bring equality to the musical realm and give great artists the stage they deserve. There are more talented artists than ever, however if you turned on the radio you would be forgiven for thinking there are only a handful of artists operating these days. Similar sounding music made by the same small select group of 'artists' and their production crew who have nailed the formula to create a catchy tune have become the staple diet in todays charts and what the radio plays. I for one have had enough of this trend and I intend to do my best to reverse it by promoting musicians who are truly talented and original. It is time someone took a stand. It is time we all as musical connoisseurs took a stand against the mainstream 'non' musical movement. The magical power of music should not be held by a small elite group. It should come from a wide plethora of people who have all had different experiences throughout their life which will ultimately shape their music, their message and the way it makes people feel. Together we can take small steps to change the tide in this battle. Acts such as sharing music from our favourite artists have the ability to spread joy and bring us all together. As humans this is what we do best, share what we can afford and pull each other up as we pursue dreams, goals and desires that we set for ourselves. Music is a powerful force for change and it is up to us to use it. I am The Musical Patriot and I consider myself loyal to great music. I cannot promise that you will love all of the music I share as much as I do but what I can promise is that you won't find a more eclectic taste of music anywhere else on Youtube. I love music that is unique, epic and most importantly makes you feel some sort of emotion whether that be joy, gratitude, peace or any other enjoyable emotion. Bringing equality to the musical realm is my greatest calling in life, please consider subscribing and giving the music I share a listen, I hope to not disappoint you! A good place to start is the playlist section on my channel: www.youtube.com/channel/UCwTYBqXbiJZN7CyQgwLraNg/p… Don't hesitate to let me know what you think of any of the music on the channel, either by a thumbs up or a comment. I love to hear your feedback and it helps me to build a picture of what to provide for you all next. Stay safe Big love, 🎵❤️ The Musical Patriot ❤️

Dad bought this on cassette in 1993 when i was 14, almost 44 now. The amazing thing about music is that the brain stores it with occasions and time stamps. This one tells me exactly where I was when dad brought it home. RIP dad.
  • @FindTheFun
Anyone who still listens to this really knows a thing or two about music.

I bought this cd in 1992 💗 I was 16 years old. It warms my heart.....this is the first time I've listened to it since....unbelievable memories popping up ...boom ..carrying me away. Remembering who I used to be before my drug addiction started. I'm clean and sober now with a beautiful 4 year old daughter...Magic! ✌☝💋

I was in Monmatre in Paris when this was released, during a hot July with my French girlfriend smoking a weed cigarette. What a great time in my life. Merci Magalie wherever you are now.

As a child, I remember traveling with my parents, the 3 of us in the car, road trip in Brazil....and my father would say "son, pay attention to this music....what this guys have created is fantastic". Timeless music, this album is part of my childhood and will be with for my whole life.
  • @zoeymrs
i miss you mom and dad. This is the music of my wonderful childhood. when i listen to this it feels like mom and dad are still near me. Thank you for teaching me how real love feels.
  • I worked at Camelot Music. I had the long hair and ear rings. I was the early 90’s record store guy. I played this album constantly as I stocked the cassette singles, laser discs, and cd’s in the long cardboard boxes; and put cassettes in those long plastic anti-theft cases that we unlocked at the register when you purchased. But mostly I just wandered around talking to people about music for hours on end. So many people said “Man, what is this?! This is pretty cool.” Good times. Who remembers hanging out in the record store on a Friday night? Who remembers those days?
