Day 20 (1/20/20): Everything Hurts

Thank heavens for ibuprofen. The fat burner workout seems simple, but it knocked me on my backside.

    If you are interested in a more relaxed workout with emphasis on stretching, there’s a few on there. If you scroll down on the Workout page of the app, you’ll find the name Jim Mabes. I have only done a few of them, but I think it’s the 11.07.17 one that’s pretty good. Granted it’s time consumIng at an hour, but its slow moving and there’s lots of different stretches. I wouldn’t replace Energy or Fat Burner, but maybe give something like that a go on an off day!
