I have the same mill. It took me a couple years but I eventually bought their toe board jack. Made big difference in time aligning the log when sawing tapered logs.

Great video. Thatβs a great idea on folding blades we have started folding them that way. The shed is really coming together. Love the flags.

How's she goin'? Great video Russell. Some nice tips and time saving procedures. That blower sure cleans up the saw dust fast eh. I struggle with coiling a band saw blade so I wouldn't want to try and do one of your saw mill blades, but you made it look pretty easy!!! Nice mill house and it looks like you''re well established now. Take 'er easy!!!

Russell when you have a crown in the log how do you position it for your first cut.
