The SCP Foundation is a staple of internet culture, and SCP containment breach was a classic that I never played. Much life Half Life Alyx being my first Half Life game, SCP Labrat is now my first experience with the SCP games. As a VR game, it's fantastic. It does scare me quite badly but the SCP lore is just too irresistible. I hope this video gave you some nose exhales, and I will link everything down below.

This video is amazing, thanks for playing! :D

The funniest part is the "I screamed so loud I broke my microphone"
  • @protofan419
God, imagine this but with eye-tracking support. Actually phisically trying to not blink or avoiding eye contact would be the most immersive thing ever

6:10 You can HEAR habie breathing in for the biggest scream of his life, happy I got to point that out.

SCP-096 will always be the most horrifying to me. Something about it's proportions and that terrified scream paired with his speed and the ability to get you no matter where you are is a testament to how something can still resinate with my smooth brain since childhood. Now pair that in VR and this game is an instant "NOPE!" to me. Im sure its good, but you ain't getting the light brick on me if it means I see that shit full size!

I've loaded this game up maybe 3 times, and closed it before I could actually do anything. I dunno why this game messes with me so bad, I could play Phasmo in VR with friends just fine, but this game just makes me feel a very primal fear I very much don't vibe with
  • @zamaii_
Fun fact: in the game it's very much darker in the vr headset than it is shown on PC!

6:12 That is the fucking funniest thing I've ever seen in my almost 22 years of life, I have never laughed for so long, trying to contain myself for an hour with tears in my eyes trying to not burst out laughing so I don't wake up my entire family. That is the hardest thing I've ever done in my life and I feel so proud of myself right now for not bursting out- I'm starting again fuck

habie playing a vr horror game is something I never knew I needed
  • @cyanic3148
nah man, you didn't miss the SCP time, it's still going strong there's literally 6000 of them now
  • @Skikopl
Hype is real when Habie is already scared in Light Containment Zone lmao.

General Sam has been my favorite YouTuber for years now, but I think you're about to take the crown from him. Absolutely love your humor, editing, and the overall content you put out. I laughed out loud at least 3 times in this video. I too, am a huge baby when it comes to horror games and jump scares. So I'm glad there's people like you out there that will torture yourself so the rest of us can have a good laugh. Thanks for being you, Habie.

Vr horror is one of those things that you can't fully understand until you've done it. 2d on-screen horror is so much nicer than vr horror, even if its the exact same game. My friend was playing Alien Isolation normally and was terrified like you should be. But I think I gave them legit ptsd when I convinced them to play it in vr.
  • Had two buddies who played in the SCP Overlord flick, JUST started going back down the rabbit hole a week ago. What flawless timing.

In 2012 I graduated college and was starting my first job. I had NO idea SCP was a thing, and so the line about the demon charmader being SCP 91whatever is fantastic. I have internet knowledge in my brain that is completely siloed to my generation, and I got to experience the moment of being siloed by another generations crazy memery. Awesome.
