VIDEO DESCRIPTION:

Pamela enjoys traveling, so a smaller space with lower financial overhead serves her lifestyle and need for adventure. This brave girl went from a house with four bedrooms and two baths to a tiny home measuring 399 sqft. Initially, Pamela didn't know what to expect but quickly fell in love with her small space outside Austin, Texas.

There's an upstairs loft that she warmly decorated for a soothing ambiance as this is the place she rests. Downstairs has an open layout with an ample kitchen stocked with full-size appliances and plenty of storage space. Her living room doesn't seem tiny at all, with a large couch, tall windows, and all of the unique design she put into the decor. The energy she's created throughout this home has a welcoming vibe and cozy feeling.

  • Gosh, this would be a great house for older person. Make the office into a bedroom and use the loft as a guest room and storage. I loved her living room and the way she decorated it. It felt so open and comfortable! Goes to show you can live small life and still have a few must haves, like washer and dryer, little dishwasher and full size refrigerator.
  • This is one I could actually live in. I love the layout. She has done a wonderful job of bringing in her style and making it a home.

That house appeared so much bigger inside. It didn't look narrow like the other ones i've seen. Adorable..

Pam, your tiny home is amazing. My wife and I will be going tiny in about 3-4 years for retirement. We have been watching tiny home vids for 2-3 years now and we’ve saved all our faves with design notes for future reference. We absolutely love everything you’ve done with your home (design wise). Totally functional and multi purpose! Great job! We have learned a lot from you video. Thank you and God bless!

That's the first tiny house that I could see being actually livable. Just wonderful.

400 square feet definitely is doable, and Pamela has done a great job of making it look so comfortable but not crowded. I'm not sure about those tiny homes that are only 200 square feet. A railing for those stairs is a great idea.

Honestly, this is the nicest tiny home I've ever seen. It doesnt feel like it's tiny. I love how she's decorated too. Makes all the difference. I love where the washer/dryer are! Who'd of thought to do that. It's nice. Thanks for sharing🤗❤️
  • @Chelle778
This was a beautiful home - one of the nicest that I have seen. Love the full size kitchen, laundry and bathroom.
  • I love the open space and looking like a regular apartment. I think yours is the first one I've seen with a second bedroom and washer and dryer. Well done on your decorating!!
  • @loribrigley1533
This tiny home is set up the best way I have ever seen! Beautiful decor!
  • @AmandaE24
I absolutely love this tiny home. I would live in this for sure.

I love the floorplan of this home. I honestly would not have guessed it was 399 soft. I also love how she took advantage of the decor and implemented the furniture with the space. It gives me good ideas for my own plans.
  • @sschnaufferable
That's the biggest tiny house I've ever seen! It's so hard to believe it's only 399 ft²! I just love it! 😍
  • @tami.1111
Really beautiful and so wonderful that you were able to help another family out by giving them your things instead of selling your things that's really awesome!
  • Pam, you really narrate very nicely. The reasoning behind decisions is much appreciated. Good strategies for organizing.

Two "secrets" revealed here for a spacious feeling tiny home: 1) tall ceilings; 2) adequate width (12 feet?). The standard 8-foot width is claustrophobic. If height and width exist in proper proportion a space under 500 sf can feel roomy. Also, there's a limited height bedroom which wouldn't work for most older and/or tall people (back pain etc.). Overall a very good design.

This is not a tiny house for me. This is a home and this is exactly what I need. Honestly, this is only the size of home/house we need.

One of my all time favorite "Tiny Home" tours...(I watch a lot of them)... Pam is so personable, & I find her exuberant "joie de vivre," really infectious...I'm slowly coming to realize that a tiny home lifestyle would be perfect for me...I wish Pam all the best in this new journey of hers...I love every detail of her gorgeous home, & I LOVE her dog... : )
  • @candacebyrd584
This tiny home is the best laid out home I’ve seen yet! It’s organized and decorated beautifully. And the owner is just the cutest, I love herrrrr! 😍
