Hello friends!
I'm Jaz from Australia!
Are you stuck getting started with a daunting task? Need some motivation or some help breaking it down? Grab some headphones, make a tea or coffee and let's work through this challenging thing together!

I have ADHD and a recent diagnosis of ASD. Plus a whole host of anxiety things that sometimes get in the way. The more I say this, the more it seems to sink in...

Helping others is an important part of my journey.
My therapists and friends have said to take things one step at a time.
So I hope that by sharing this which helps me, that it might be able to help you too.

I am not a doctor, I'm not a therapist, I don't have any qualifications or anything in mental health or anything related to this video. I'm sharing this because I find that these sorts of recordings or videos help my brain so that I can get things done.

This video might not be for everyone and that's okay.
It's just here for those that might benefit.
