The mince recipe I go to when I few like having mince with rice, it's packed with veggies which makes it extra delicious.Mince with rice is one of my favorite meals.Minced beef with rice is a dish that makes you want to over eat, enjoy watching this ground beef with rice recipe.






INGREDIENTS

450G BEEF MINCE
400ML HOT WATER
3 TBSP COOKING OIL
1/2 TBSP WHITE SUGAR OR BROWN
1 TSP SALT (ADJUST TO YOUR TASTE)
1 SMALL ONION
1 LARGE CLOVE OF MINCED GARLIC
1 TSP PAPRIKA
1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
1 1/4 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
1/2 FANNEL POWDER
1/2 TSP CHILI FLAKES (OPTIONAL)
1 SMALL POTATO CUT IN CUBES
85G GREEN BEANS
1/4 OF A BIG YELLOW PEPPER
1 SMALL CARROT
150G TOMATO PUREE
1 TSP HOMEMADE THICKENER    • EASY HOMEMADE GRAVY THICKENER  | SAUC...  


FOR RICE

800ML WATER
350G BASMATI RICE
SALT
10 CLOVES
5 CARDAMON
A DASH OF OIL

    Absolutely lovely! If a person is pinched for time, you know, those frozen packages of mixed veggies work beautifully, as they have corn, carrot, green bean and peas in there. Just sharing that is a little cheat if someone is pressed for time.

  • I burnt my beef I think and used tomato pasta sauce instead… I’m not a great cook but I’m trying to get better. Moved in to a isolated place for a job but I’ll get better! Great video
