Getting rid of the tail pipe rattle, should be easy if you follow your suggestion of installing a flex pipe the tail pipe extension can be mounted solid

It's probably hard to get a plate with two Z's here in Utah. I like your choice though, it looks great in black.

Opening the upper window(s) in the peak walls would help to let the hot air out. Keep up the great videos.
