WHAT IF All Demon Moons Turned Into Hashira? (Doma, Akaza...)

I’m sorry but seeing Gyutaro being buff and big had me dying laughing

I definitely like this idea but I do see a bit of a flaw. You’re giving them super powers when in the manga it is said that the hashira and demon slayer corps members don’t actually weird their elements(water,fire,wind) just that their movements look as such to the untrained eye of a spectator. Hence why demons with blood demon art are so impressive because demon slayers don’t have those powers. Even the hashira

Honestly, while I can imagine that Hashira Gyutaro would adamantly refuse to interact with Nezuko, I can see him holding a lot of respect for Tanjiro and getting along surprisingly well. I mean, Tanjiro is an older brother who’s sister is practically fighting all the cells in her body and is willing to fight the Hashira at any moment to keep her safe. I also imagine this Hantengu would likely be the most friendly of the swap Hashira towards Tanjiro and Nezuko since Tanjiro feels sorry for Demons as well while Nezuko is holding strong to her humanity and so see her as a human instead of a Demon.

Here's some quotes for just a few of these. Rui: If you don't understand your role in the corps, then you shouldn't have a sword with you in the first place. Enmu: Getting to die by a Hashira's hands, it's almost like a dream! Daki: Ugh! You demons are so ugly! Get out of my sight! Gyutaro: Why did you even give up your human life in the first place? Demons are so pathetic they can't even stand the sun! Akaza: Hahaha I could fight you all night if I want so either give up or give me everything you got!

Rui's breathing forms : spider breathing 1st form: Thread and needle( traps his opponent on a thread and then attacks them) spider breathing 2nd from: 8 poison slashes(releases deadly poison from 8 directions) spider breathing 3rd form: Rampaged arachnid (launches a strike of attacks to his and gets a bit faster) spider breathing 4th form: web domain (similar to giyu's 11th form a spherical web domain will surround the user and injures people inside it ) custom spider breathing 5TH FORM: protective silk ( a layer of silk will appear and will block attacks of opponents can use it on his allies ) Enmu's breathing forms: dream breathing 1st form : reality snap( if the snap is heard the opponent will start to hear loud traumatizing voices for only a short period of time) dream breathing 2nd form: wave of darkness( The opponent will see a loved one of theirs waving towards them but it's just a hallucination) dreeam breathing 3rd form: Nightmare clap(when The opponent hears the clapping they will feel really sleepy and lose control of their body) Custom Dream Breathing 4th form: Eyes of hypnosis ( The opponent will instantly fall a sleep if they look at his eyes and will see a dream of the user's /enmu Well? I have an idea for Akaza. Instead of using swords nor his bare fists he uses prosthetic arm/hands that is made from the same materials nichirin blades are made out of, since in the manga Akaza's arm/hands were gonna get chopped off.

For those who don't know: kokushibo/Michikatsu in his time was a former hashira but betrayed the demon slayer corp by becoming a demon

Enmu's Breathing seems the most realistic due to the fact that people who are skilled in hypnosis can hypnotize people (possibly demons depending on their will power) with a simple clap or just a snap could work with mastery of the sword would make a scary hashira + his personality would make him a scary hashira and a scary opponent.

Gyokko, as you describe him, would be killable in SO many ways here. First, he has to unstrap his pot from his back to access his swords, if the pot shatters he'll take multiple blows on his torso and head, and the pot is way to heavy for him to really be fast at moving with it.

Kokushibo was a hashira. It was always mentioned that he was the second strongest hashira and he created the second strongest breathing style moon breathing which was not the derivation of sun breathing

unfortunately unlike the demons the breathing techniques does not generate supernatural attacks, the breathing animation are just for aesthetic effects

Can we talk about the fact that Enmu's human form looks like Willy Wonka?

Heacanon time!! 1.-Rui: Despite becoming a demon slayer and somewhat overcoming his weak and frail body, Rui is still too weak to become a Hashira and remains a tsuguko of the current insect Hashira, dedicating himself to a mostly supportive role in battle. He wields a sword much like Shinobu's but the real kicker comes from the multiple steel wire reels he carries (which are described as a pain in the ass to create by the swordsmiths), and everything is coated in dreaded wisteria poison. His technique relies on restricting demons' movements as well as setting up traps for demons to fall in. He mostly accompanies other Hashiras for high-level missions to provide support and reduce collateral damage in battle. Also he is a close friend and partner to Daki and Gyutaro for reasons I'll describe later. His background is pretty much the same as in the manga, however, one night his parents come home telling him about a supposed cure for his condition (the blue spider lilly perhaps?), promising to find out more the next day the family goes to sleep, only to be interrupted by a Demon attack. Tragically Rui's parents are killed by the demon while trying to protect him and Rui witnesses his parent's demise. Driven by rage and sadness Rui attacks the demon until he restricts him using threads until the sun comes up. Rui is found that same morning by a Demon Slayer who was dispatched to the area and finds him still crying by his parents' side. 2.-Enmu: I actually wouldn't change much from the vid, only adding that his breathing technique requires the use of fans and that it resembles a dance that aids in hypnotizing his opponents. 3&4.-Daki & Gytaro: The Hashira and Tsuguko sibling pair and wielders of the Love and Blood breathing styles respectively and despite being among the physically weaker Hashira (due to Daki's young age and slim physical complexion and Gyutaro's congenital illness), they make up for it with teamwork and battle iq. Daki wields a whip-like a a katana much like Mitsuri and it lies hidden in the belts of her kimono, their techniques differ however in that Daki uses her sword mostly for ranged attacks as well as blocking and defending others from demon attacks, keeping them safe and covering the rear so that they can focus on the main target. Her final weapon is the poisoned hair pins that she keeps at all times, using them for close combat situations as well as supporting her brother in his Blood breathing style. Gyutaro wields his signature nichirin sickles, and uses the unique Blood breathing style, a creation of his own much like Inosuke's Beast Style. Taking inspiration from water, ice, insect, and love breathing, Blood is the most technically demanding breathing style, requiring knowledge of the human body and anatomy. It targets important blood vessels and nerve clusters which cause the demon to become sluggish or paralyzed when hit. If paired with Rui's poison his attacks can cause even upper moons to struggle in regenerating injuries inflicted by him. This however is only reserved for battling the twelve moons or when a battle is being prolonged by the demon. Their backstory would change when, on the day of Ume's attempted cremation, Gyutaro would leave work early, only to find his sister about to be burned by the samurai, he barely saves her but is injured in the back in the process. Knowing they couldn't defeat their persuers they would attempt to flee the red light district, but during their attempted escape, they'd come across the Upper Sixth Demon Moon. The demon would call out the siblings saying that Gyutaro was too disgusting to eat but Ume would prove to be the finest of meals. Provoking the sibling's ire they'd try to fend the demon off but fail and just before Ume was devoured both were saved by a recently promoted Ice Hashira Douma, who would be incable of defeating the demon and would instead rescue the siblings, bringing them to the Butterfly Mansion to heal Gyutaro's wounds. Knowing their previous lives in the Red Light District were over, Gyutaro decides to join the demon slayer corps, training under Douma's wing and originally forced Daki to remain as a nurse in the Butterfly Mansion trying to keep her out of harm's way while he provided for her well being. They'd continue like that until one of Gyutaro's later missions, when Daki followed her brother while he confronted a Lower Moon, despite his training and improvement Gyutaro would find himself quickly overpowered by the demon, and just before the Lower Moon gave the killing blow Daki would step in and give her brother enough time to behead them by plucking the Demon's eyes out with her hair pins. After their battle Daki reminds her brother of the promise he made about always being together, convincing Gyutaro that Daki should become a demon slayer like him. Claiming both had defeated the Lower Moon, Gyutaro is elevated to a Hashira rank and Daki begins her training in earnest as his Tsuguko. Sidenote: They began a partnership with Rui after learning of his poison relying techniques since they figured that his wisteria poison would fit perfectly with their breathing styles. Also Gyutaro feels a strong kinship with Rui since both of them were born with congenital deceases that originally made them weak, but were both able to overcome them with the aid of the demon slayer corps. He also feels a strong admiration for the Ice Hashira Douma, grateful for his help in saving his sister and training him as his Tsuguko. Also, despite being one of the more temperamental and aggressive Hashiras he displays a remarkable sense of empathy towards the demons and constantly asks himself that, had something gone different that day, had he left work later, had he bought those rice balls, had the samurai managed to harm Ume, or had Douma not been there to save them. What would've happened then? He believes that some demons are the result of "one bad day" and acknowledges that had something been different he may have found himself on the receiving end of a nichirin blade aaaaand I'm too lazy to write about the rest (I'm an anime only peasant.) maybe later
