  • I think Boba Fett and Kenobi were the last straw for a lot of die hard fans, who just flat out don't care anymore
  • Modern/Disney Star Wars feels like we’re waiting for something interesting to happen but nothing ever is.
  • Me as a kid in 2014: Oh boy I can’t wait to see the Sequels! It will be so nice to see the New Republic finally making the Galaxy a better place, with the help of Master Luke Skywalker and his Jedi Order, especially with VI having such an optimistic ending! Disney: Heh heh heh…

In my opinion, for Star wars to survive and thrive, the sequels must be de-canonized at all cost.
  • After season 2 and how all ended, the story demanded that Mando and Grogu go their separated ways for a while before they would meet again ! They needed to go on their own to grow and find them selfs and who they are before they could be together again. Mando on his quest with the Dark Saber and Grogu with Luke. Season 3 should had been jumping between them. And show at times how similar their problems were and how together they would compliment each other or solve stuff easier. It would have shown how they actually need each other. Luke asking Grogo to make a decision between Jedi and Mando could had been at the end of the season, after Grogu would have had a vision similar to what Luke had in Empire strikes back. He would had seen something like Mando dying or in danger, and Luke would have told him its a possible future, then present him the choice. Grogu would had chosen both, chain mail and Saber and that would had been the right choice,as Luke did back then. Luke had grown ,cause his friends and emotions were his strengh ,it was what set him apart from the failure of the Jedies ! Luke would decide to bring him personally back to Mando and there they would had encountered the big bad of the show. We would have gotten some more Luke in his prime action, together with a little trained Grogu action. Anyway, Grogu would have left with Luke again after that encounter, with some tear jerking moments of good bye. The battle would had shown that Grogu was not ready yet, same as Luke back then for what was coming soon for them. This way the audience anticipation would had been even bigger to see those 2 reuniting ! A shame what they did !
  • I strongly feel like they were out of ideas (Grogu coming back also points to it) and so they took a page out of Andor, which has been relatively succesful. That 3rd episode was so out of nowhere.
  • Grogu should have come back. Years later when he was a fully trained Jedi Knight and could see more of the galaxy and spread the message of the Jedi and New Republic. But this was clearly forced on the ones in charge
  • I'll say this, there's no "star wars fatigue" or saturation. We're just tired of getting low quality to mid content

Boba and Kenobi felt like fan fiction
  • I've no issue with the Dr. Pershing story arc but I felt the way it was done just wasn't very good. Lots of folk are comparing it to Andor but that's really unfair in my opinion. Andor was amazing and all the scenes made sense within the context of the show. Most Andor episodes had that similar vibe. The Pershing story however was just bizarre in the context. If they'd split it up into smaller sections, it may have worked. Also, I have no real investment in Pershing or the other person (so dull, I cannot even remember their name) and I find them really boring characters, on the whole. Which is why I think splitting the story up a bit may have worked better, rather than almost a whole episode covering almost the whole episode. Finally, this is a very minor gripe but I don't really like the other Mandalorians with their cultish ways and I really hope they either get killed off, or abandoned and that Mando and Bo-Katan rebel against them. I don't think I can cope with them all with their helmets on for the rest of the season.
  • I feel that their best bet is introducing Thrawn and curve from the films as much as possible…. Then do a heir to the empire movie

Bringing back Grogu was a big mistake.
  • They probably had to do a lot of rewrites since Cara dune isn't there anymore
  • Not gonna lie, I prefer the ThorSkywalketPlus channel more! The dynamic between you and Naboo is so wholesome and fun (plus meme Mondays). It was nice to hear both of you on the main for a change!

When the Mandalorian began one of it's big strengths for me was that it had nothing to do with the Sequels. Felt very much like the Original Trilogy. However I knew that if it ever did start to lead in to or refer to the Sequels I would be out. And that's where I'm at now. On top of what are very likely to be Sequel references, they seem to have a weird take on Luke and the New Republic that I don't like.
  • Rocky start that’s all I have to say right now for mando season 3. But again I though andor had a rocky start but that turned out great. Seasons 1 and 2 of mando felt good all the way through and again as another comment said I hope they ignore anything sequel related…
  • It was an ok start, but I get the feeling that Season 3 won't be as good as the first two seasons.
  • I don't think SW fatigue would be a concept if the SW we got was great. The last great SW off the top of my head was the Siege of Mandalore.
  • There's been a lot of fan service and weird side plots that haven't really advanced the story( that we know of yet) I have faith it will all pan out
  • I am so glad I never gave in to the manalorian hype I knew it was gonna be overrated and eventually lead to being trash. I haven't watched any Star Wars since The Last Jedi, I was pissed after the laziness of the force awakens I gave them one chance to right the ship (not in the cinema since they weren't worth that money anymore) anyways the way they reacted to everything and the criticisms pissed me off so i am not really forgiving disney and I wish them nothing but failure no matter who is at the helm. They simply don't deserve to be successful and star was would be better off left to die and rest in peace with some dignity we had 6 movies telling a full story with a good ending it was over.
