Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings - Twelve Ten Kitchen

INGREDIENTS
1 lb chicken wings
1/2 cup flour
1 cup cornstarch
1 tsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Put the chicken in a wide, shallow bowl.
2. Season chicken wings lightly with salt and pepper.
3. Mix in cornstarch and flour to coat the chicken wings.
4. Heat oil in a large pot. Deep fry chicken wings until golden brown. Remove chicken and drain with paper towels. Set aside.
5. In a heated pan, add olive oil then add the garlic. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Add butter then add parmesan cheese.
6. Put in the chicken to the sauce then make sure the wings are fully coated.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy! :)
