  • just got my first job... can’t wait to save up enough money for a macbook and logic! i’ll definitely refer to this video once i get my computer!!!

I went from never opening a DAW knowing only how to play bass by ear to making a decent enough demo to get recruited by a local band i really like 3 days after watching this video. I learned soooo much for free and this gave 20x musical independence and I'm so surprised how easy Logic is to navigate after your breakdown. I dont know what is in store for my stuff with my band goimg forward, but for the first time ever I feel capable and confident enough to make the music I want regardless if I'm in a band or not. You seriously changed a life. Thank you.

I have never. And I mean never. Experienced such a truly respectful, clear, thorough tutorial on ANYTHING. Logic was inscrutable to me but I knew I wanted to use it. I'm 68, so even though I'm more tech savvy than most my age, I was disheartened by my many tries using other tutorials for this program. They all assumed I already knew stuff I didn't yet know. You didn't. But you weren't patronizing either. I cannot thank you enough. Really. Gratitude flowing to you daily, as I work my way through this wonderful tutorial.

This straight up convinced me to finally make the leap to Mac and Logic. Thank you so much for taking the time to put it all together. Super super appreciate you.

Bro! I learned so much in just one hour from you, it's crazy! I think you should keep doing these whenever you feel it! đź’Ż

Dude, you are genuinely the best type of person, you put so much effort into this movie length tutorial, helped hundreds of thousands of people, and I didn't even get a single ad! You're incredible
  • As someone who just made the jump from garage band to logic and was a bit intimidated by everything this was the best video i could have ever found thank you so much for making this and you are still helping people make music years later!

Hey Charles, this is a fantastic video. Rather than just giving us a long rundown of all the things Logic Pro X can do, you start a project from scratch. It basically shows us how to make a song from the very first moment you open the application. The pacing, and the fact that you only show the most essential steps early on, both make this tutorial extremely effective. Great job.

This is seriously the best tutorial ever. I was a little overwhelmed with logic when I first downloaded it, there’s just so much to learn. But your tutorial really helped me understand it so much, you’re amazing. I’m literally about to hop into the part 2 of this! :)
  • @kriscarmelo
Dude! This is the best video ever. You did a fantastic job organizing into chapters, presenting the hierarchy of information. Everyone don’t waste your time watching other videos. This is the one stop, A+ tutorial for beginners. Thanks!

This is the best and most logical tutorial on Logic pro. You explained it simply and got me hooked on your video. I have tried so so many tutorials but there was always something missing and confusions. I really like that you teach us like we are kids and you explain all small basic things. Full respect to you. You have done a great job and please keep making more tutorials whenever you feel like. I hope your channel goes viral because you deserve it.
  • I just set up my first home studio and downloaded Logic Pro X yesterday. You have no idea how much this helped me. Thank you so much for taking the time, Charles!
  • @SongChez8
Thank you so much for taking the time to record this video for us!! You are a gem đź’Ž
  • This is the best YouTube tutorial I've ever watched. It's evident that you put in your all into making this great tutorial. Thank you for much for this gem. I'm now confident that I can start a project in logic pro x. Please make more if you like. Blessings, love and light.

This is the most excellent and well-crafted beginning tutorial I have ever seen and heard. Specifically, the introductions are precise exposures to things not needed quite yet, thus not burdening the beginner, they are thorough. You are introducing every single step needed and showing how to access the proper software options. I can't say enough! Great work....now, I'm gonna finish, just had to rave a little bit. After djing for such a long time, all I’ve ever wanted to do was make some music. This month I got the courage to do that and your logic tutorials have saved my life. Thank you for what you do 🙏🏾
