In this video I pickup right where I left off in the last video. I finish making all of the necessary repairs to this old 70ft Broward motor yacht that I bought, in order to drive her 700 Miles north back to Maine. I end up making various repairs while underway, hauling the boat out, and much more! Thank you all for watching and for all of the support. Hitting 100k Subs is a crazy milestone for me and I am beyond excited for the future. If you like the videos, hit that subscribe button!

  • I'm an old man and CAN'T do this anymore, but dude, you said that there is nothing else that you would rather be doing today, on your Birthday. I am jeallous, there is nothing else that I would rather be doing, either. You have EARNED this and are fully prepaired and WILLING to do what ever is required to do what ever is necessary....Correctly! I am proud of you, you are the 1% of YOUR generation!!!!!

Former coast guardsman (USCG) here. Im addicted to this channel since the last video. Went back and watched all the Hatteras videos. Stay safe out there. Make sure you have an epirb and a PLB!! Clip it to you at all times when you are alone! That's the CG in in me.

I'm always like, "there's no way I'm watching 2hrs of this." Then I watch every minute and wish there was more!
  • That boat has been waiting its whole life for you to take care of it and sort out all its issues, a match well made, Josh seems like such a good like minded friend for you, Gus you truly are living the dream and thanks for bringing us all along with you.
  • @AustinHerrig
I’ve wanted to live on a boat my entire life. Gus’ videos are about as close as I can get for now lol. Keep up the great work Gus! I’m really enjoying your journey.
  • @anactualpilot
its refreshing to watch an actual smart person here on youtube

I must admit. You should give a little shout out to the port that hauled it out of the water for you. A negative one. The rudeness of that guy. I’d tell him to just put it back down and leave. Treating paying customers like that is amazingly stupid. It’s your boat he was about to wreck.
  • @markbailey6051
You can't be a coward to go to sea in a Broward. Congratulations on 100k Take care Gus
  • @JPTindustries

These videos make this old tired guy happy. I saw you doubled subscribers in a few months. I imagine 1M isn’t too far off.
  • I could seriously watch extremely long videos from gus, they are so entertaining

I'm glad there are people who make videos like this. I don't have what it takes to ever do a project like this, so it's nice to experience it from someone else's perspective. Glad to see you make your dreams come true.
  • Those guys who were operating the yacht lift pissed me off so bad. Lol
  • @Taikado
So real Story here. I am someone who consumes nearly everything what i find on Youtube. I watch a Video and mostly never go Back to that Channel again, except a New Video got shown on the Frontpage. Your last Video also was a recommendation from Youtube, but this Time i stayed. I loved the Video. I knew i you felt after the Motors started. I felt the Joy this Boat gives you and thats the reason why i stayed.
