The best Binding of Isaac combo/run ever

Such a great combination of items. I loved this run.

I wanted to do The Dark Room, but messed up and got the poloroid. Typical.

But, through a series of lucky breaks with the curse room, super secret rooms etc, I got to fight 2 angels, then went to The Dark Room with Mega Satan via the Sacrifice Room. I then beat both lamb and mega satan, at which point the game decided, to hell with it, lets throw in Delirium too for the fun of it.

You gotta love when Isaac decides to throw you a bone for the funsies. to let you enjoy yourself for once. every now and then, Isaac issues a formal apology. In this case, I fully and wholly accept it!

Some mods are used, but near all are superficial. The only one that could have swayed this was "Necessary Chaos", which, when an item pool is empty, instead pulls from any other item pool.
