I always loved that line because it tells you two things: 1) That Rocco has finally gotten the (ill-begotten) recognition in the mob that he always wanted and 2) Papa Joe has an ego but he is smart enough to know when he's outmatched and he's not afraid to admit it

Remember: this movie was made up by a random dude out of a bar who liked movies and just figured he'd give a shot at making a movie once. The build up in this scene alone was done so good.

I love how the music and their dialogue paints the picture that Il Duce is like the fucking Boogeyman for the mafia.

When i first saw this movie and saw Il Duce I thought "oh shit what kinda monster is this guy if they have to chain him up take his shoes and have a shotgun point blank at his head?" and in the end I saw why although the cops didn't have to worry about him in the end you find out why the mafia kept him in the prison when they didn't need him he'd wipe out every syndicate lol
