9:59 Seriously, people aren't talking about this moves fucked tracking enough. Its a fast, mid, plus as hell, CH launching, WR move that tracks randomly to its weak side and always tracks to the other. Aside from stuffing it on startup (goodluck not getting counterhit launched lmao) you quite literally just need to take it, WHY???
