I imported an Isuzu Elf camper, this is a collection of renovation clips I have from over this past summer. Check out my other videos of me getting it ready to pass inspection. If you have one of these reach out and lets talk parts!

Great info in this video. I look forward to seeing more of your project.

This was another great video! I liked how you showed the Rancho install as well as all the othe rstuff. I know we talked about the front shocks and I hope i can find the part numbers because mine are totally shot to hell. Cool to see your family all in!
  • Wow that terrified me as well, I did not expect that ! Thankfully my interior is still good. I was interested to see where the seat belt mountings in the rear were, as mine have been removed. Now I have an idea what's hidden from view.
  • Watched your video and bought one of these. I was not sure if 3100 NA motor would go well on the freeway, so found 4300 cc elf 250 version, with 2WD Auto setup. My interior looks dated and depressing, so some woodwork is coming my way soon too. Thanks for the great video!

shame you had to gut it, but it is looking good - I might have relocated the kitchen along the wall to get more counter, or alternatively put in a large office desk? I can't wait to see how it turns out.

Well done, what a great end result. I've just bought a 94 one with low Km's (Supposedly) but above the rear wheels the floor is pretty flaky since it's the receiver of water off the road. How thick was the flooring because I'm hoping to just peel off a layer and treat the wood beneath?

Hey! I’m looking at free of these jdm campers tomorrow… how were you able to determine the water damage? Did you have to take out the carpet or were there other clear indicators I can look for? Glad to see you’ve posted so many repair and build videos - I’m sure I will be back to reference more of them!
  • Aloha I have a 97’ Suzuki elf and been having. A hard time finding parts. I’m especially looking for a thermostat. Have you found any manuals that have part numbers by any chance. ?

Nice video! Did this thing have any insulation in the floor/walls/roof when you ripped it apart?

How did you find all of the parts for the engine? Do you have a list of compatible parts from USA market?

What state do you live? I bought a Nissan Altas camper from Japan and after driving it from San Francisco to Phoenix, buying new tires and ordering air filter, oil filter and fuel filter from Japan I find out I can't even register it here in Phoenix because they won't emission test it.
  • Hi, I have the same truck with floor problem and some cabinets shot, nice winter project, do you have the air filter part number and contact to order one? Thanks
