I can't imagine how dry ice would freeze dry anything since freeze drying dehydrates an object, and you had your gummies in plastic bags where the moisture was trapped.

If you want to know what freeze dried candy tastes like, there is a company that sells it. It is called the freeze dried candy store. I don't know if they sell Lego bricks, but maybe they do special requests.
