If you are a beginner to meditation, this CD will walk you through all the steps of relaxing and breathing as well as sending out the positive thoughts of love and kindness that will be returned to you. We have several CD's, but this one is a favorite that we choose most often.

I turn this on when I get into work at my corner desk, leaving it just loud enough for my co-workers to hear a little at their desks. It changes the vibes in the room instantly and helps us have a really calm and productive day. When I turn it off or pause it, my co-workers ask to turn it back on because of the frequencies. One co-worker didn't want to leave for the day because she said our vibes were so good!

I had to think twice before I wrote this but I feel I needed to write this: Thank you spirit tribe awakening for such a beautiful video, music. It makes me feel emotional and cry but in a good way. Despite the fact that my people and I are often told by the media that we are not welcomed in this planet. In this universe. I know that this planet belong to me too. I know that my people contributed to beautiful things to this planet too. I know that we are not the cause of every problem in this planet the way the media loves to portray. Many times the anger that others feel because of whatever is going on in their lives it’s projected into my community. But I choose the come here and say: I love this planet. Found this beautiful music by accident? really needed to hear this as so many tears/ heartache has built up in the last 9 months with so many family passing away, ex-wife-her niece-and nephew-two of my sisters within 2 weeks of each other. I am the last of seven children. Just can't stop the raindrops from falling so am praying for peace as I let go and accept the knowledge that they are in a wonderful place of peace and love in the arms of the Great Spirit in the sky, Many blessings to all you wonderful people who comment on here , you are Angels and Thank you.
