This is one of the best album that I’ve ever heard in all my life. I can’t believe how talent existed in the 70’s. The life is better with this kind of gems... thank you for share.

I got this album in a swap when I was about 17. I'm 58 now and I stillreally love it. A great band. To this day, I am the only one of my friends who have ever heard of, 'Out Of Focus'. Great band!

One of the best albums ever. Unique, fantastif full of "music".

"Blue Sunday" is, to my opinion, the best thing they did in their short Kuckuck-career. Extraordinary and haunting in any regards, from the "Indian" sounding refrain to the massive organ-layers in the powerful fade-out. Sublime beginning, fascinating song structure.... SOO many ideas. Still fresh and up-to-date. Well, to my humble opinion of course.
  • This band moved me musically in ways I'd never been moved before. I got into them when I listened to a bunch of Birth Control and was recommended Four Letter Monday Afternoon which has remained in my top 5 albums since. Everything Out Of Focus did was gold

This is their second and best album to my ears and one of Kuckuck label's best album. This is very listenable record and very expert playing this has also. Honestly to say not masterpiece to my mind but I've heard many worst German groups than this but also few betters. Great flute and organ this has and not dull or boring album at all. For some people this might be the masterpiece, I think so.
  • "we all know the people we're working for earn a thousand times more" true then and true now (even worse nowadays if you ask me), This whole album is so good sometimes i think the singer sounds a little off but other times he sounds awesome and very unique . I think its probably cause hes german singing in english... but i love it!

Delikatny, psychodeliczny klimat lat 70-tych z melodeklamacjami i elementami canterbury sound. Znajduję tu też powiązania z Black Widow, Uriah Heep czy Steve'm Hillage'm. Bajeczna muzyka - kojarząca mi się zawsze z wiosną progresywnego rocka.

It's kind of strange for me listening to the music of a band with two members of (i.e. Remi(gius) and Moran) I'd been working with for several years (1984 - 1987) after they had split up, in a band by the name of "Call That Work?" and included storyteller, writer and performer Paul Smyth from Belfast. For me, then a young student as classical clarinet player it was a real thrilling and outstanding experience that gave me an unbelievably great amount of input and has an everlasting influence on my own music. I'll keep you guys forever in my remembrance!! Beannachd fhagail mo caraiden!
  • Jedna z najlepszych i najważniejszych płyt rocka progresywnego, jedna z moich ulubionych i jedna z najbardziej niedocenianych
  • Among my Top 10 albums of all time! A true masterpiece 👍🍻

I'm always looking for new music to listen to and i came across this album of this band I'd never heard of at first listen i thought it must be a mistake labeling this Out Of Focus as it could be a band called Alquin of which ive been listening to for over 50 years anyone who likes this will ultimately like Alquin (The Mountain Queen) and (Marks) happy listening

  • Reminds me of Hawkwind and Sov. Gott Marie. What a wonderful morning it turned out to be.
