Police arrested 77-year-old Alfredo Rodriguez and 54-year-old Hector Cortes, calling them the "Shopping Cart Bandits."
The pair took at least 140 carts — worth nearly $30,000 potentially.

The Walmart I used to work at had a guy caught on surveillance cameras put two of our brand new motor carts in the bed of his pick up and take off. Got to wonder how much those cost.

Why are they not being ticketed or arrested for grand theft is it about 500 for each one! The police should make them return it to the store parking lot!
