Backstory (Warning: This has elements of child abuse, self harm, & suicide) In the story, the girl in the song is popular and pretty. She is hated by everyone because she wins prom queen every year. But yet again, she's hot and has a boyfriend (who apparently ignores/neglects her) and has a perfect princess figure. But what people don't know about her is that the girl has a dark side to herself. Her mother pressures her to be perfect and abuses her if she doesn't do what her mother says and her father passed away from some sort of disease when she was younger. You see, her father showed her love while as her mother shows her cruelty and resentment towards her. And when no one could sees on what the girl was going through, she begins to self harm herself and eventually, she goes to the rooftop and jumps, which causes her death. This causes all the other kids to surround her and start feeling bad for her as one of them realizes that this poor girl has been through a lot and now everyone starts to feel sorry for her and feel guilty because they felt like they've could have done something to help her. (Was this too much?)
