i have adhd and im not sure thats even why i like this, but i found this PERFECT. I dont like it when 1 sound effect goes on for like 10 minutes but i also dont like those adhd asmr vieos where they switch to something completely new every 5 seconds and i dont get to enjoy any of them. This is perfect!! It regularly switches but only to something slightly different, so im not bored OR overwhelmed. Best asmr video yet :D

as a person with ADHD i found this video amazing. cause triggers are not dissappearing in like two seconds and even if they switch they go on the same section for a while. this was my favorite part about this video. and also really delicate sounds! tingles galore!

THANK YOU! I swear whenever I look up “Short attention span ASMR” they make each trigger like 2 seconds long, like I’m not a dog, I can deal with 10 second triggers, it doenst need to be 0.5 of a second
  • If you really think about it, you wouldn't be enjoying this asmr without these Youtubers encouraging themselves to create these things for people. Thank you!

Your nails could be any length or shape, I just love it when they’re blue 💙🩵 Edit: all of your nails look amazing with the different triggers, but when either your nails or the object is blue, it just puts me at so much ease. 😊
