Bitter melon juice will stay fresh 7-10 days, that's a problem if you're the only one drinking from a 1/2 gal. container; 1-2 ounces a day as directed. You lose nothing by freezing your bitter melon, thaw out a few ounces and make fresh bitter melon juice for a single week. This method is great for storing up to drink when you can't find it in the store. Prep it - it's a win win situation. Remember it's a safe practice to mix as directed, and consult your doctor before drinking if you're on meds.
