RECIPES AND INGREDIENTS:
1 kg (5-6 pieces) potatoes.
50 grams of olive oil for frying.
5 medium eggs.
Three branches of green onions.
Salt.
Sweet Paprika.
Black pepper.
Turmeric.
Dried garlic.
Fry the potatoes over medium heat until golden brown.
100 grams mozzarella.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes.
Dill.
