Everytime I go to Eden, I prepare myself to cry on the part where I see the names of my close friends flying around me. I would fly closer and wish I can hold their hand again ;-;

this is really sad and adorable at the same time i cant find the words to describe how accurate this can be in the game 😭

Reminds me of the moths that I helped guide. All of them "grew up" and found new friends to hang out with on the game and stop needing me to hold their hand.

Out of the 30 moths I adopted, only 3 came back to hang out with me. They said that they became someone like me who helped them and thanked me for being their sky parent, I was so touched that I cried so much. I don't go online as often as before but I try as much as possible to hang out with my kids

I love the loop aspect of this video. It took me a few times to realize that the cat haired player at the beginning and the chibi one were not the same. Both of them came into the long haired players life ( one as a chibi and the other as a moth) but both built a bond with them even if it didn't last forever.

I’ve only been playing this game for a year, but man this is so true. Made some friends there, we used to play daily; it’s been about 4 months since they’ve last been online, and now I play the game alone. It’s still a relaxing game for me, but it definitely doesn’t feel the same as when I first started 😢

Its funny because Sky is just a small game where people chill and collect candles for pretty cosmetics and yet the most heartbreakingly wholesome friendships start and end here.

This is really sad and adorable cause you have a good time with your best friend from the past and then he/she doesn't visit you anymore and you feel bad and you just wanna talk to him/her cause you don't wanna bother him/her... You wanna visit him/her but you feel scared too joined.. after you visit him/her you just go offline and then.... You never came back... And your friend can't hold it anymore and decided to not wait for you anymore...

This is an incredibly beautiful drawing and a touching story! I know the feeling when you have good friends but they eventually start playing with others.

I really felt this. Sky is a game with people, we may not see each other again but the moments were incredible together

Omg this describes how was my time in sky, I keep playing but now I feel more lonely. Sometimes I want a friend who stays with me and not someone who changes me every time they can. Time to cry. Beautiful video btw ❤❤ love your art :’3

It's such a sad story... I can relate... I'm the one that went offline, too busy irl. One day, I wanna go online again, run to my friend, and say "I'm home."

I lost a friend on sky a year ago, I cried so much. She felt like a sister damn near but she had to delete all her social media because her mother found out she had discord and sky, and take this into account, she was 17 so technically she is old enough to have it. She promised she'd be back hopefully soon but.... She hasn't come back. I miss her alot. Mama Jazz is very helpful... But I think we all know that she has forgotten us. She isn't coming back.

For a game I haven't played yet, the characters look so sweet and the world looks very interesting. Great animatic, it's very nice

Wow, it's so beautiful! I think you really captured the heart of sky~ the coming and going of friendships over time and all the happy but melancholy memories. Thank you for this, I'm going to try to stop doing solo cr obsessively now and hang out more with my sky friends hahaha <3

I've been playing for over 2 years and I can relate to this so much. After playing everyday for almost 1.5 years, watching friends never come online again, thinking back at old times, trying to recollect who people are and how i met them, and then taking a break for a few months myself, only to come back and have all my active close friends who used to join me stop joining me, I totally get it.

I still find the beauty of Sky bittersweet. The game is beautiful, and the friendship theme looks nice on paper, but making friends almost always turns out fruitless for me. There was only one friend I met outside of Sky that I played with in the game a lot, and even then I had to leave them this year. I can't get emotionally attached to this game's friendship theming anymore. Or I'll go crazy with loneliness. I hope my next friend who's interested gets into this game...like I did. Then maybe I'll open up again. The animatic is beautiful, the art style is very pretty- thank you for the video.

I rarely made comment but this hit me hard right in my heart. I am one of the old veteran, I have been playing since Enchanment. That time, the plague forced people to stay at home and everyone were looking for place to runaway, that's how I met my friends at Sky. We became family, we went through hardship together, we celebrated so many occasions together. But time passes and they are no longer here. I can only see their name shine in my friendlist, longing the old time we flied through the clouds with two or three in piggy back. New friends might come to lighten up the darkness in loneliness but the feelings cannot be comparable especially when you already met the irreplacable. Now they are no longer there and I become solo player, prays that one day a blue light will go around their stars and we can hold hand together again.
