    Lucky that I came across this video. Yes I am skinny and am struggling how to eat lots of calories a day without getting so full. Indeed, drinking calories is much easier than eating calories. Thanks for your tips and I subscribed your channel
  • So basically I smoked for 20 years and I was really skinny I was around 55 kilos in 8 months of stop smoking I am now at 70 kilos which I do feel a lot more better now with myself I can actually see fat around my body but I still not happy for some reason I have stopped gaining weight at 70 kg I am eating a lot more foods with proteins in them like smoothies fish etc my target is to get around 80 kilos before start working out properly cos I don't know if 70 kg is a good weight to start

    Hey Colin. Do you think pushups are ok for someone with inguinal hernia? It doesn't bulge but hurts when i lift. I wanna be fit. Your advise would be appteciated!
