Had a blast playing these movie themes! Would love to know which ones you enjoyed and if I do a part 2, what movies to include! Cheers!

The steel pan just gives an next level feeling
  • This was fun to make! If you would like a part 2 for Movie themes, reply with which ones you’d like to hear, cheers!

Oh wow. The Lord of the Rings theme blew me away. I love this version. It left me breathless.
  • Imagine how LONG this guy spent on learning these and actually RECORDING them and SHOWING them to the community. you have to believe me. Thank this guy for entertaining us. Thank you Joe Porter For your hard work.

Can we take a moment to appreciate the fact that this absolute legend of a man right here not only learned how to play these songs flawlessly, but also did it in one camera shot? In other words, he probably had to retake it a few times and did so without losing patience, fumbling, or changing the speed or the music. Legend.
  • As a 5th grade percussionist, I find this very inspiring! Thank you đŸ€—
  • @rifdifirebolt
I dont understand how percussionists do this. These are literally different instruments with different ideal strike zones and you often see people dedicating their lives to just one, and percussionist be like "no thats boring."
  • @crusader2603
The fact that half of these were composed by John Williams. What a GOAT
  • @aidanharris64
Hey man, as a percussionist, this is awesome. I love how you play everything flawlessly in one camera shot. Props to you man. I do have one suggestion. Maybe you could try putting a separate microphone for their away from the instruments so there's no distortion. But otherwise, I'm loving it!
  • @xdshayrulzz
Has anyone realised how musically gifted this guy is
  • @KaityKat117
k now i want to hear you play the whole "The Shire" on the vibraphone
  • @rubenw5736
Percussionists definitely don't get enough credit for their skill.
  • "In Dreams," from LOTR, on the vibraphone, brought tears to my eyes. Howard Shore's score never fails to turn me into a puddle, even after 20 yrs of watching the movies over and over. Would have loved to have heard "Edge of Night" on vibraphone as well. Better yet, ocarina or recorder.

The Indiana Jones one gave me the biggest whiplash nostalgia/flashback to me and my brother playing the Indiana Jones Lego game for house on end.
  • @Some_Cow
As a child from Indiana, I practically was made to memorize Indiana Jones and to watch every movie
  • @Zforce24
That was so good even Amber Heard that :))
  • @lucasyoungers
Hearing him say "Marimba!" is always the best part of my day.
