Live looping with garageband IOS in Costa Rica (iPhone 7)

In this video, I tried to make a live looping performance with GarageBand IOS. I have the app on iPhone 7. I use two loops from logic to begin the project, then I add my sounds, like drums and pads. It was difficult for me but I succeed to make something good, I think.
More concretely, I used an AKAI MPK mini that I connected to my phone with an adapter. For this to work, you still need to connect an external battery to this adapter, otherwise the phone refuses to consider the synth because the operation would take too much energy. Anyway, if you have any questions, don't hesitate.

Hey I have a hardware question. I have an akai mpk mini exactly like yours and use a powered usb lightning adapter to iphone with garageband. Everything is connected and working well except if I use bluetooth headphones connected to the iphone there is too much latency. But since the lightning adapter is being used to connect to the akai I don't have any way to direct line my headphones to the iphone. How do you handle this problem?
