Hidden Gems : Dinobreak and Robocop

Lair actually had one of my favorite features ever: a full gallery mode that shows hundreds of pictures of the devs working on the game, celebrating events, having fun together etc. Incredibly wholesome and human.

That was pretty innovative of the Dinobreak team to record all their audio from the bottom of a well.

Dinobreak is such a good game that they couldn’t even hire/commission an artist to make box art for the game and resorted to the use of AI instead

Please I genuinely ask you to make more hidden gem videos. This is awesome and should be a new series.

I really would not be mad if Hidden Gems became a legit series on this channel. I love when Dunkey just showcases random or obscure games.

Leaving your voice actor's barely-concealed laughter during her lines in the final cut of your video game is metal af

If you can manage to snag a copy of the Nanosaur II free trial (since it's no longer sold), that's an awesome title. You play as a Pterodactyl with a jetpack and laser guns and you steal eggs back and destroy the turrets/structures set up by the evil time traveling raptors who also have laser guns. You can even keep playing after the trial "ends" and beat the whole game. Truly a hidden gem.

Dunkey AND SNES drunk? That's a gem that's not so hidden! Gotta love it!!!

I love how the voice actress narrating Dino Break is constantly on the verge of laughing hysterically. It really adds to the suspense.

After recognizing Frantic Flea from SNES Drunk's recent video on it, it was super nice to see you give him a shout out. Love the channels out there that do sincere coverage of all sorts of forgotten games.

That robocop game looks genuinely delightful

I love how Donsley uses Robocop's powers with restraint, always giving criminals a warning first.

Lair was truly ahead of its time. It had twelve dragons, many games nowadays can’t even get one.

Finding Nemo on PS2 had some great story telling moments, and the best part is it makes you feel like spoderman

I genuinely played the hell out of Lair as a kid. I was a real Lair-head. A LairBear, if you will

A-train actually looks kinda cool. The first person mode really hooked me for some reason.

I recommend Chulip (PS2) for a future episode of Hidden Gems. It's a boy meets girl story full of bizarre moments, characters, and gameplay. It's one of the strangest games I've ever played. I would love to see Dunkey do a full playthrough and discover his reactions to this unique game. Please make more episodes of Hidden Gems, this is a great new format. There are so many weird, obscure, terrible, etc., videogames out there just waiting to be roasted by Dunkey. And there are plenty of little known enjoyable videogames (Chulip!) for Dunkey to discover and love as well.

I was one of those kids who loved dragons enough to overlook any game flaws. It just occured to me lair may not have been as amazing as i remember 😂
