    To further condense this: Hard times are to strengthen your faith, your hope, and your perseverance. Sometimes, hard times can actually destroy faith, but then you wonder, if that faith there was either too little or too weak. Did Jesus say, "Believe in Me and your life will be easy."? No. By accepting Jesus, you went onto the struggle bus. By accepting Jesus, you have stepped foot onto a path full of obstacles, pitfalls, thorns, and dangers. By accepting Jesus, you've committed yourself onto this path. It's going to suck, but remember that the rewards after this will be far more than anything on this planet and on other worlds.

    It pleased God to send out his calling to the weak and despised of this world that no flesh should glory in his presence.     Then why Jesus who never talked nasty about people but they talked nasty about Him? Not critics just know that being good means that automatically are good to you. Maybe only the reasonable ones
