Mamelodi Sundowns have now set a new record in the DSTV Premiership after jumping to 72 points with two games remaining. Sundowns beat second placed Stellenbosch FC 1-nil to register their 22nd win of the season.

Sundowns displayed absolute control, clinching a 1-0 triumph against Stellies, thus surpassing their previous 71-point record in the Premier Soccer League, with two league matches remaining. While Stellenbosch remain in second place on the log standings.

    Good analysis man and hopefully Psl will do the right thing and award Rulani and Williams for such great performances throughout the season. Khune once won POTS so there isn't any reason why Williams shouldn't

    Great show Oskido. I think Rhulani should beat TS Galaxy, we can then draw CapeCity and finish on 76 points, so that Rhulani breaks the 75point record set by Sundowns and Chiefs when the league was still 18 teams. Now that would be amazing for Sundowns and Rhulani 🎉🎉👆🏽👆🏽👆🏽
