2:57 I adore little outros like this. With my music, I typically try and do some form of nice fade out ending, but lately I've been putting little single instrument melody call back type things within the last few seconds and I think it ties up the endings nicely a lot of the time, so long as you don't make the melody too jarring. Your outro here is perfect.
