So I know this playlist was posted 8 months ago at the time I'm writing this, but I felt it deserved a POV since its a good playlist lol. I'll make it not too long but not too short for y'all! You were starting to leave your office floor, about to take your walk home for the evening when your coworker, Hawks, asked you to hold the elevator open for him. "Hey! Wait up, y/n!" "Ah, hey Hawks," you say as he enters the elevator. "Just call me Keigo, y/n. I don't call you by your hero name anymore. It's only fair. Oh, and thanks for holding the door. You walking home at this hour? It's 10 pm." "Yes, Keigo, I am. I had a lot of extra work this week, things have been getting hectic." You close your eyes, cross your arms, and pinch your nose, not in the mood to be bothered about walking home at night. Feeling his stare on you, you drop your arms and give him a sassy look. "I'm worried because things HAVE been hectic out there, y/n. I know you're a hero, but it doesn't hurt to have company, right?" He looks at you with sympathy, and you can't help but feel bad for being snappy. You guys talk every day, but have never even crossed paths outside the office or an emergency scene. Plus, this is a rare occasion where Keigo isn't being arrogant. ".. I guess not," you say quietly. He grins a cheeky smile and slaps your shoulder. "Great! C'mon, I'll give you a lift home." "Oh, which parking garage did you park at?" you say, walking out of the building. "Y/n, that's the dumbest question I've ever heard," he says as he walks behind you and puts his arms around your waist. You feel the lightbulb in your brain go off right as he lifts you in the air, and takes you to the night sky. Soon, you're looking at the city from above the clouds. "Beautiful from here, right?" You nod in response, entranced by the view. "I never really knew what it was like to fly. Keigo, this is awesome!" He laughs lowly in your ear, and you know he has a smile just like yours on his face. "Do you trust me?" He says with a genuine tone. "I mean, I guess I have to at this point," you say. Suddenly, you feel weightless, like time stopped, and feel yourself falling. You look up, and Hawks is chasing after you with a smile. Looking back down, feeling the thrill of the freefall, you scream with a smile on your face, blood filling with adrenaline as you come closer to colliding with the earth. Not a moment later, you're back in Keigo's arms, laughing all your stress away with him. "One more time!" "No way, we're too close to the ground, plus I don't wanna be seen throwing around a flightless baby bird in the sky," he says, holding you tighter to his chest. Oh yeah, your face was totally beet red. A few minutes later, he takes you to the ground and you're in front of your house. "How did you know where I lived?" you say while trying to fix your hair. "I've seen you here before when I was on duty, I just assumed it was your place. You ok?" He says, coming closer and helping you fix your hair. You look up with those beautiful eyes you have, and admire Hawks while he adores you with his hands in your hair. "I'm just fine. Thank you, for taking me home." He smiles softly, and turns, about to walk away, when you call his name. "Keigo. Please, come inside. I'll make you dinner, stay for a while." "Sounds good to me, baby bird.
